Anyway, thanks everyone who isn't an obvious Swift lackey for your comments. The brochure giving to us when the cam was installed says the cam is of course always on, not always recording. it is suppose to only record when a critical event happens (10 minutes before and after) shown by a blinking red light. It's automatically saved after its recorded and the cam light goes back to green. From my experience sometimes it takes about 12 seconds to go from blinking red back to solid green again. But whenever there is a non critical event recording I've seen that red light blink for up to 10 minutes before it goes back to green. keep in mind this crap happens while I'm on break and normally driving. Also this brochure says when there is a solid red light, the cam is sending all its saved data to the snitches..I mean third party. this happens a lot also periodically. Lets not forget the live feed I saw as mentioned earlier by third part installers to their laptop (live feed when cam was green) And YES SWIFT LIED.. YOU TROLLING OFFICE WORKER. WE REAL DRIVERS ARE NOT AN ANIMAL EXIBIT TO BE WATCHED AND I CANT WAIT TO GET MORE EXPERIENCE AND QUIT.

Lol. 9 hrs ago I was sitting in a dock getting live unloaded so I was on my phone. After that, I picked up my next load half an hour away then drove another half hour and parked for the night around 7pm. Yeah, it was a short day, only about 7 hours or so, but I'm running on rollover hours this week.
I'm not defending Swifts cameras. I'm simply saying Swift hasn't lied about their operation. I did see the link that Dreamboat posted and I read Richard Stockings statement. I also know of the other statements that have been released that have clarified how they work. And anybody with some common sense would know the cameras half to record constantly. But whatever.
Btw, you haven't "exposed" anyone. I'm not a troll, I'm not office personnel. I'm a driver. I'll be more than happy to meet anybody on here, not that I need to prove anything. I'm sitting outside of Indy tonight, heading to the Walmart DC in Sterling, IL tomorrow then going to Morris to pick up a Costco load going to Ohio. I did notice you claimed to have created another profile because your other one was too close to your true identity. What are you hiding from?Dreamboat Thanks this. -
@Chinatown most companies in my area look for 2 plus years experience as well as Wal-Mart. I'm close to that but I need some more months and don't want to jump companies because it looks bad on resume. @DODGERAM Swift would fire me in a second if they linked my profile name to me. This is my last reply to you Mr office worker. You yourself said you heard" it always record" and you also heard " it only records critical events." both contradictory statements you yourself heard from Swift yet you continue to say" Duh dey didn't lye duhhh" . Lmao. Again my last reply to you mate.

Now in our present litigious society, it is typical corporate policy to only state the absolute minimum to avoid any potential lawsuit ... that said ... HR professionals do have their backdoor channels to communicate what they want. -
