Haha. See I am a newb. I mixed up my initials. I meant CSM (client relationship manager) who handled basically anything that has to with the lease.

ICA is basically your go to guy or gal. Basically your dispatcher/fleet manager if you were a company guy.

Depends on the individual business model. Clear enough for you?

Everyone runs different. Some run more efficient than others & some run more miles & stay out longer. It's your business, run it how you want. All the answers to your questions depends on these variables.

I don't work for sneider but if they are telling you guys $1 dollar a mile to Chicago then that's just highway robbery. Idaho for us is $2 plus a mile easy.

Thing is there's no loads that come out of Boise, ID here and it's extremely difficult to get cross country loads here.
So there'd be lots of deadhead involved.

Staying east of the mississippi there's loads that go everywhere and you can obviously do better than $1.

  11. I understand. It's part of living in Idaho. In my current gig, I usually eat 400+ miles to get home for hometime. Sounds like at Schneider I'll eat the d/h back from hometime. There is good paying loads to Boise though right? I was told $1.89 from the l.a. basin to Boise on the regular.
