My volvos use to get hot like that pulling hills mainly. It would burn to,the touch if you drove without shoes and socks. No leaks no open pipes. Just the drivetrain/transmission it's self
Also my passanger side would get hotter because of the dpf filter location. Idk if the cascadia is the same
Dash and floor on psgr side gets HOT, HOT, HOT

I can't speak from experience in a cascadia because I've never driven one. But I've had two long term volvos and drove like 10'others and as soon as I'd start climbing donner at weight the floors would start to burn up hot on them. Where you could feel the heat coming up. So I'd say that's probably normal for the cascadia too especially since the dpf/muffler is right underneath you. And it burns at like 1000 degrees or something insane like that.

Maybe throw down some of that thin insulation like they use in cars and then the floor mat on top of that?
Man I know my wife would make my life hell over something like that, of coarse nowadays she don't want nothing to do with "MY trucks" lol.April_4567 Thanks this. -
Go with him next time he takes it in for a PM. When he's not looking, have the mechanics take a look at it. They are going to be under there anyway.
Mr.X and April_4567 Thank this. -

Your problem isn't the heat coming through the floor ; its the thoughtless , self absorbed prick sitting to your left .
