I encourage anyone who is looking for work to check out their website and search for jobs in your zip code. They are opening warehouses all over the country so you can get home every night, not just 3 days a month. Check out their DCS and FMS divisions as well.

I work on the dedicated Home Depot account (DCS) and get home every day and weekends off every week and still gross well over 1,000.00 a week.

Well jb does tend to suck for drivers who hit things and can't make their deliveries on time . For the rest of us its a good place to work I like being home every other day and the weekend .

People will always talk #### about another company.. it's not the company it's the driver. They have problems. Plus you have to know what you want. Jus explain to them and they will work with you. I work rail with jb and there pay is pretty good thinking about going back with them and becoming an ice driver.

J.B.Hunt just joined the S&P 500. This industry is changing and they are keeping ahead of the pack so far. Most of you so called truckers that have a problem with "Big Companies" cannot follow their rules. Get your own truck or drive for your brother in law. Like KingG stated, it's the driver!

Canned Spam and KingG239 Thank this.

    Not always.

Any company with the sky high turnover rate that's typical of the CDL mills and training carriers would be evidence to the contrary.

Unrealistic expectations and management go hand in hand at these fine, stellar, trucking companies

    LGarrison Thanks this.

That's true, but not as high as with the training carriers. They have a vested interest in keeping new drivers rolling through the "mill", so to speak. It's quite the enterprise, at upwards of $5000 a head last time I looked.
