I've got a question about those outings Do they wear name tags so they can remember their own name? ;)

You called while I was being loaded. I didn't expect him to be done so fast.

lol I had a van from one of those communities pass me today and it had huge spotlights on the front corner of the roof like cop cars that could be worked from inside.

Made me wonder how many they must have sneak out at night they have to go hunt for lol

    TruckDuo Thanks this.

They are doing some construction inside, in the showers area and also building more fuel bays...

My dad had to be put in a lock down facility. He was a determined getaway artist.

    I really admire you...
My company is always giving us gifts and gift cards... :biggrin_25519: Each one of us got a nice bag filled with stuff during the driver's appreciation week... I was at the company then... haven't even looked inside the bag yet... And then, they had some drawing last week... And again, we all got more gifts... I will find out what I got next time I go there... :biggrin_25519:

You may have had a TTR celebrity encounter and just didn't know. He had a couple user IDs. A quick search brought up "atrucker" and "MB_guru." Check this out and tell me it wasn't him.

I think about this guy when I'm downtown and see a homeless guy standing on the sidewalk hollering his head off while people cross the street to get clear of him.

Vilhiem, FatDaddy, Rocks and 2 others Thank this.

Wasn't that the guy that thought everyone and everything impeding his progress in booking loads was some kind of mafia / terrorist conspiracy out to do him in?

    What a nut job lol

Vilhiem, tsavory and RedForeman Thank this.

A Mexican passenger bus pulled into the Grand Bay TA for fuel and a break when I was there recently. Way better than an old folks bus. The only tie up was a really long line for a stall in the men's room LOL. Either their coaches aren't equipped with a lav, or you'd die if you dared using it. Guessing that bus came out of the RGV somewhere and that was day 2.
Brings me back an HP memory. I was running a call center staffed with over 600 people. One of the execs drops a case of some kind of portfolio desk calendar things in my office and tells me it's leftover swag from a recent conference and use them as motivational give aways.

I must have been the only person in the company that saw how stupid it must look to customers to see our high-tech company giving those out. Especially when this was when they were gung-ho marketing on the new (at the time), cutting edge iPaq pocket PC. That incidentally was one of the first smart phone, although I don't think that term had been coined yet.

sshewins, TruckDuo and double yellow Thank this.
