They have terminals in Calgary and Edmonton. I had some discussions a few years ago about putting a truck or two on, but I went a different direction.

That is the place where I buy my fuel and have a shower when going back and forth. I think it is owned by a British couple now.

You should check into Lynden and Carlisle they both run al lot of freight out of Alberta up to Beaver Creek in the Yukon. I see them doing switches there all the time with the Alaska trucks.

Have to check them out. Grandparents didn't own the gas station, they owned what is now the bank. Was The Totem Pole.

I ran some b-train flatbed loads out of WY to Anchorage and Fairbanks a few years ago and Teslin was one of my favorite stops. Nice people up north, but it's quite expensive. Be aware, people, that most of the freight to Alaska is flatbed stuff. It can pay A LOT, but there isn't always a load coming back. Once I had to come all the way back to Montana to find a load, once I got a load out of Alberta. Once I came back to Ft St John and got a load back to Fairbanks, then bounced back to the US. It's a great experience by anybody's standards, and it can even turn into an adventure. You can drive for hours without seeing any other vehicles, just bears and caribou. Also, repair facilities are very few and very far between. Put on your big girl panties and go, you will never regret it.

Yes. That was the doing of a very good friend of mine. He was chasing a roll of paper towels he dropped on the floor and drove himself of the road. He was lucky he didn't kill himself when he went down in that hole and rolled over.

    That is a 2015 with 25,000mls.
