No its not good anyways. But if it has to be bad, I'd rather it be less bad at 74 than even worse and running 65. I honestly don't see how some of yall run 60 or 62. There is no way I could do it. I run 70-75 everywhere. At 60mph, I'd be at the bottom of 10th with the truck bucking and lugging or running 1800rpm in 9th. Neither one of those scenarios are good for a truck.

We run 60 to 65 cause we specced our trucks for those speeds.

I run 60-62 sometimes when I'm not in a rush and. I have 3406e 550hp 18 speed with 3:70 gear. She purrs along at 60/62 but when I need more it's there.

Hey Bullet, if your truck is a 2009, it has a DPF on it. When was the last time it was cleaned. Sounds like it's plugged up creating excessive back pressure in the exhaust. Just a thought.

I'm sure if I were older I'd be singing a different tune but for now, young and crazy would be fair. Not necessarily crazy. Just like to get where I'm going ASAP while do so safely

That will eventually change. The math just makes too much sense. That is part of the reason I'm in no big hurry to get a W900, I like the extra tank of fuel a week staying in my pocket. I run as far as I can everyday, and get where I'm going fairly quickly. I usually run my 11 out in 12 or 12 1/2 getting between 650 and 680 miles a day in. I sometimes drive a little further, but that is usually good enough for me. If they let me offload it early great, and if my next load gets me loaded early, even better, otherwise I use the downtime to golf, watch football, or just ######## around.
