Like I said, hourly is better.
However, there are certain advantages to living on the "Third Coast." I can do a lot more here on a lot less than I could living in Anaheim.
As I said, it's not optimal. But I can work with it. I'm not missing out on anything. -
It's not just about the money, it's about these companies doing what's right. It seems like drivers are more and more ok with getting less and less, to the point where it's like is it really worth it when you think about it. Not when i can make more doing ltl work then hauling fuel no sir.

Local labor around here wouldn't know the first thing about organizing. They think its evil. Consequently, they throw away their leverage.
I still do well. Not as well as I did twenty years ago, but then again, I have different priorities now.Cali kid Thanks this. -
