rontonio you just saved my butt. I was reading this post and it just dawned on me I need to walk over to the gas pump and fill my gas can up for my ponymotor that ran out Friday just as I finished hooking my neck up. that would be embarrassing in the morn when I unload and the dang thing wont start! LOL

    You in Texas?

I do that all the time as I was used to running a mechanical. Spoke with Al last week - interesting guy.

I am headed to MI with a press this week. Never hauled one before - should be an interesting tie down.

I wonder if that was a Rodgers lowbed. Every talbert and trailking that I pulled were even rails from the center to the outside. Rodgers builds trailers with taller rails in the center. In the mirror it looks like you are fin and then the center of the trailer will bottom out.. That doesn't explain why that guy didn't pick up the deck after the first time he bottomed out but who knows

yep , Fairfield unload in the morn then turn and burn for another one. Arkansas routed me down 71 from mo line all the way to Texarkana. love running that stretch of road!! just remember mi will route you any ole way with height it is your responsibility to do the route survey. and they have been cracking down on the big loads lately!

I should be under 13 6 - the press is only supposed to be 9' tall 10 10 wide and 15 long and 112k.

Was supposed to load wed am but talking to the rigger he thinks PM is more likely.

I have never run East with a big trailer, so should be interesting.

maybe, there was some restriction's on 94 a week ago wouldn't let us run it. but that was at 12 wide. remember they will only let you run 50mph on interstate and 35 on 2 lane in mi.

I knew about the 50 and that is no issue, did not know about the 35 but I always read my permits. I will need front and rear escorts for length. Some have that going for me.

Hope we cross paths one of these days
