I had one of those it was a '69 swapped a 455 olds into it. All I had to do was drill out the motor mounts and turn the holes into slots so I could slide them backward 2". Everything else bolted right in
I always had GTO's. A 65, 2 67's, a 69 and a 70. Always liked that body style on the GP. Had a '65 GP too.
Young and dumb when I had all of them. If I'd only known then what I had. I'd love to have either of the '65's back.Last edited: Oct 18, 2015

Albanion friend as a kid had one...his dad let us drive it..under age
Would offer us booze and cigs...european culture..show respect to guests to your home.
Carb burnt to the ground,as school auto shop personal,forgot to tighten air cleaner wing nut..sadness.
Took me 30 years to repair my memories..

I've only had to slide the 5th wheel once and that was in another truck because the load was one of our LTL pickups that was severely lopsided. I just wanted to get home, lmao.TruckDuo Thanks this. -
