Just finished some dang good Chinese food. Picking up late morning just up the road in Morgan Hill then off to Vegas for a Sat Early morning morning drop.

Now to find a good load out Sat afternoon.......

 

Raccoon Kabob

• 2 lb reasonably fresh raccoon; cut into 1 inch cube
• 1/2 cup french dressing; homemade preferred
• 2 green peppers; cut into 1 inch cubes
• 1 large onion; cut into 1 inch cubes
• 1/3 lb mushroom caps
