A driver trashed it but unfortunately he didn't abandon it. Tore up the rears, this is the second truck he's done that to as well as trashing both of them out, inside & out.

If it was my company he would have been fired a long time ago.

Yikes , guess I couldn't get that on my trailer. Any problems getting around with that much kp to axle length?

Just trying to figure out how much I could get without being steerable

My buddy does these on 32' of well in his 2-3-2.
You certainly have to pay a lot of attention when negotiating corners once you get this long. I use every bit of space I can, I'll go passed something with the truck, then turn back the wrong way quickly/briefly just to steal an extra foot or so of room but it's not too bad. I use this length fairly often actually. My inner bridge with 37' is 46'3", never measured K/P to axles...I'll do that if I get a chance and tell you that.
I'm 122'8" with 42' in, now that gets all kinds of fun. I've had to drop my jeep to make corners with that, but that was a crappy route.
Most states want, and some require, steerable over 125'.
So after all that rambling, stick with around 40' max, and you should be ok...

    TripleSix and Rontonio Thank this.

I could add 12' and still stay under. 125'.

A cool load, wouldn't mind having one to haul.

Dude, you're hurting my feelings! I would loooooooooooooove to be at Nelson Bros. A half dozen beers and about 3-4 shots of Patron, and their prime rib. I'm heading the opposite direction now. You're still in Decatur? Maybe MJ will be in your area. He's the official drinking buddy for the open deck crew.
