Apparently gonna miss the Duo by --><-- this much at the LeeHi so went to the Petro instead. Good chat on the phone made the last bit go by real quick. The fall colors are peaking around Fancy Gap.



One of my favorite views is NB I-77 on the right, last hillside about 2 mi before the I-81 interchange, there's a pumpkin patch that becomes visible right about now. Barely able to see them in today's picture, as they haven't gotten big enough yet. So here's the same scene from last year. This is a sample. I cropped out a lot of dirty windshield to get an obvious part. The pumpkins literally carpet this hillside when they mature.

Since it was probably 80º today, he probably hit some ice. Speaking of which, it wasn't FedEx, but a can hauler was down in the woods in SC I-85 NB at the 5. Looked like he pinballed off the cheesegrater in the median then went into the trees. Pretty nasty scene and hope the driver came out ok. I saw the stretched out cables and tire tracks when approaching, and the left side of the rig was destroyed. I'll find out later what the dash cam saw.

He's disguised his name some so the public won't recognize him. Changed a few letters in Bino and combined it with the pups that have all the super duper powers. His real name is ....... Dynomutt !!! ...... here he's seen in action catching the notorious Bananaman Super Criminal and general all around bad guy ...... ..... apparently that pic we saw was just him tryin' ta' throw the handcuffs on him ....

 

but .... but ..... but ...... don't be pickin' on me just because I'm built like a beachball. ....... and some folks find those posts funny once in a while. Yeah, I don't understand why either ........ but some folks actually seem to enjoy Pete's posts sometimes .....

 

Parked at the eastbound truck parking area in Cumby, TX on 30. In my favorite spot, way in the back next to the road. So no matter how crowded it gets, I can exit stage right!

 

@RedForeman , I need that shoebox Ford. 49 or 50? That thing is rad.
