I believe legally you are supposed to log line 4 for any time spent at another job. No one does it. Uber would have a digital record of everything you did though. I imagine after a catastrophic truck wreck that time better be accounted for and not mess up a reset or 10 hour break. I have some weeks where I only work 3-4 days so it could work for me as long as I got a reset in before going back out. I imagine my dispatcher might get a little pissed if he called me to save his ### on a last minute hot load and I couldn't work because of it.

I live in a huge college town and more than once my friends and I have drunkenly jumped in the wrong Uber.
First time no one noticed until we all jumped out of the car. Caught a free ride to the wrong side of town lolSneakerfix Thanks this. -
I've used Uber quite a bit in the past year, with zero bad experiences. Mostly from airport to lodging on out of town gigs, but occasionally the reverse. Prices comparable to taxi companies (at least in the Akron-Canton OH area) but much, much better service. YMMV.

My point was if your not logging all the time you spend working on the truck ( even dropping it off) and doing paperwork/ fueling. Then you shouldn't crab about someone driving for their car for $$ while off duty......fargonaz Thanks this.
