    That is...silly and yet very sad.

    Not too bad...gotta remember though, I'll eat pickled or fresh jalapeño like its candy.

    ..when my younger cousins were down last I had them help make jambalaya. They like learning from me...but I have a policy, every ingredient that is used, they must taste prior to it being added.

    They were not amused when I "forgot" to tell them the peppers were hot. Even less amused when I just straight out ate one in front of them without breaking a sweat.

    Leave that to the professionals...

    Now...where was I...

    Oh.

    So far...so good...no assignment for tomorrow. Part of me wants one (my wallet) and the other part of me wants to get the hell home (the part that's been hauling ### all week.).

    On the downside...I've got 400mi to cover tomorrow.
