hey hey hey I'm just telling you what my friend told me, I was as curious as you guys, I personally have never been in a position where I need to call the police to get a car moved I know my way around nyc pretty well. I just keep driving until I find a road big enough to turn and reset from there.
First NYC run. What to expect?

Wicked Wizard said: ↑You just stay in Texas where you can turn around at the next available dirt spot and leave the city stuff to these guys. BTW- Have you seen the trucks up here? They look like they were in the Bosnian war. Trust me when I say they will hit it and go and not think twice. Better yet you have a high percentage of getting hit by a box truck with no company name on the side.Click to expand...Last edited by a moderator: Dec 10, 2015

dude, half my family lives in Long Island.
Been in and out of there many times.
I've been in a truck through LA, Chicago, Atlanta, DC, Dallas, Charlotte, Phoenix etc all during rush hour.. along with many other places.
Nothing compares to the horror of NYC.
All you guys trying to be super truckers on the internet saying oh NYC is just like every other big city...
What a joke
NYC is the most populated city in this country.. some compared it to Chicago.
NYC metro has double the population vs Chicago metro
Go ahead keep saying it's just a "little traffic" or just like "any other big city"
Numbers on the other hand tell a different story.Click to expand...
congestion is the same everywhere
streets can only get so big or so narrow
delivering off the back end of the truck to a cobblestone street
is no different at the Chicago meat market
or the Fulton Fish market when it was still under the bridgeStraight Stacks Thanks this.
