Equipment is great, yes it's a force dispatch, but if you believe you can't make delivery, they will due everything possible to help you, repower, reschedule delivery, very easy to work with, any problem with equipment they have fixed right as soon as humanly possible, they will pay for parking if you need, shower reimbursement, might sound like I'm busting them up and maybe I am? But for a company, in my opinion? Their one of the best to work for
I guess Melton it is..

Good luck FF02....I'm headed to Tulsa 12-7 myself to begin a new career. I've spoken to several drivers where I currently work and have yet to hear any moaning and groaning.....quite the opposite. I know their equipment is nice and well maintained and even with cameras I'm not concerned, afterall it is their equipment!
FireFighter_02 Thanks this. -
Good luck tony let me know how everything goes. I emailed my recruiter today I am going to try and go to orientation in January.

It's good.....the instructors have "been there, done that" and keep it real. The facilities are nice, accomodations are nice and best of all the people of Melton are nice, but brutally honest. I'm anxious to put what I've learned so far to work!
tractorman1970 and FireFighter_02 Thank this. -

Well I just finished orientation and waiting for a trainer so haven't been out yet. I can tell you this, if you decide to go, pay attention, work hard and ask questions. 38% of my class made it through the process, they won't hesitate to weed out the riff raff.
