Going Over the Road with Knight

I might be doing a reset in order to get something good out of here. This load used up all my hours. I only gain back 3.75 tomorrow.

 

I picked up in Anacortes,WA to Phoenix but will be handing it off to someone tomorrow. Anacortes is a cool place. They even have whale watching tours. I went and ate at a local restaurant. It was pricey but well worth it. I told the server to get me a side of bacon to go so I could give the dog a treat. I figured I would get the usual 2-3 slices but they gave me 6! So even the dog got to pig out today.

 

Relay complete and getting my 34. Getting a load near Wenatchee heading to MS on the 11th.

 

Maybe. I'll be on 90 across to 29 and over to Springfield via the secondary roads.

 

When I am on days off in January I will head to MHC in Joplin to check out some trucks they have there they took from Conway Truckload. 2012 Prostars with low miles and a REALLY good price. I love my Volvo but a good deal is a good deal. They are spec'd for maximum MPG; direct drive 10 speed, 6X2 tandem, and a fast rear end. Only drawback is they have the pre SCR Maxxforce motors in them. Not great but these are all caught up with warranty work and software fixes to remedy the failures the engines had upon release. They still carry a bad reputation regardless, explaining the nice price point.
