    Did the son pull you out of truck upon termination? If so, not sure what Chicago work-laws are, but even if it's a right-to-hire / right-to-fire state, that's not how that law was intended. Good luck, man. Gather each and every detail, even the odometer reading, and your copies of logs if you have them. The most minuscule things are pertinent.

    I will keep everyone updated as soon as this is over, I have court on the 28th of Jan for the battery charge against him and everything else will follow and I will keep up with what i am allowed to post.

    The other question is they have my personal belongings in the truck still and can they remove them and how long before they can, I tried to look it up online and cant find anything.

    They told me I have until tuesday to get them or they will take it all out, i have a fridge and freezer full of food and lots of tools and clothes, I will be going with police to pick it all up, i just have a bad feeling they are gonna just dump everything in the back of one of the box trucks.
