I have 1 year 8 months driving all hauling crude oil was considering swift since they are the only ones that will hire me and I don't have to go out with a trainer however I have never done otr and can't find a descent local gig due to no otr experience found a job at hobby lobby ware house making 3k a month am thinking that's prbly all I'm gonna make otr seeing how swift governs trucks out at 62 mph plus the cameras I'm not a fan of even though I have had them in my trucks hauling oil but was the avg ou for swift drivers I know it depends on things but just looking for a base idea of what to expect to help make my decision thanks

You should ask if they can take your 1.8 year experience in consideration to increase your start pay, instead of the no experience start pay.

I have spoken with several otr companies and they all have said that they will hire me but I'll have to out with a trainer for 2 weeks
