I was thinking of just hanging mine from a strap that is wrapped around the upper bunk. Then no holes need to be drilled and minimal mounting hardware.
Use the VESA holes, maybe one part of a mounting bracket, to secure hooks or eye bolts to the tv, holes or bracket, then hang it securely from the strap around the upper bunk.
Maybe use springs to hang it and something behind it to cushion the ride when it would be prone to bouncing around. Then, in theory, it could bounce softly from the springs or swing back into the cushion between it and the side wall.
Just thoughts and theories at this point as I have not yet implemented it but that's the direction I am thinking of going.

Or, you know, you can just vividly hallucinate an alternate reality for hours at a time.
Its this incredible meditation technique. Been around for thousands of years.
I think it was called reaedang, or something like that. The paraphernalia were commonly referenced to as "books" and "magarzines". -

My setup with a 26". I fold in into the cubby to hold it stable while driving. My last 2 ripped the back off the tv while it was left folded out. Had the same setup in my old pro star I had.
I also have dish network with the hopper so I get fish anywhere on my laptop and just plug to the tv. Get every channel I get at home.

I got it all at Walmart. It should work you just might need something to hold it when it's folded in to keep it from swinging out. And I just got some smaller screws with deep thread and drilled the plastic fist and screwed them in with washers. This is how I drive with it to keep it from bouncing to much and ripping the back off again.

Here's how I have my 32" mounted in a 2016 prostar. I over killed the secure ment but that sob doesn't move bounce or vibrate. Mount is a ceiling hang down style mount off amazon. And a tv strap from walmart. Then a couple bungee straps. It is mounted to the back of the truck wall as well.
Gulf Thanks this.
