I second the jist of what skateboard and cj said. I just don't run enough miles to think it's going to be an issue. Tho I may have to give up my daily afternoon nap. That will suck.

I haven't split logged since I stopped pulling a reefer. I doubt I'd even remember how now. Hopefully the electronic device is stupid proof.

Well I love me naps and had to learn how to make them work for me. Elogs make it simple. Work 5-6 hours, take a two hour nap then work 5-6 hours. Sleep 8 (more like 5-6) and do it again. It works for me.

Dude that schedule sucks. I prefer two hours work, four hours sleep, two hours work, ten hours sleep. But it's tough, it only leaves six hours to eat and wind down after a hard day.

    TennMan and CJndaTruck Thank this.

No no no, you work hard for 2 days, take 3 days off. Play some golf, watch some football, whiddle, etc.

It's fairly stupid proof, but there are people who manage to have problems with the transition.

I'm not worried about E-logs, and I certainly don't run hard enough for them to be an issue. I was Mercerized 27 years ago this month.

It is the principal of the thing, I just don't want them. If they don't make me get them at my Feb inspection, then I won't, It makes no difference who pays for it.

I will either be in Louisville June 30 to get them or I won't. I haven't made up my mind. More than likely I will get the E-logs. But then again the truck/trailer may be for sale July 1.
