Dont waste your time with any of these ticket clinic places,.. all they do is charge a fee to search for a lawyer for you. They are not worth the effort.

Trust me on this,.. do exactly as I am describing here. Find an attorney locally (Where ever you had the ticket),. preferably someone who was a previous judge or prosecutor,.. someone who will know the right channels. This is who you hire to get your ticket either dismissed or reduced to something that will not have any meaning to your CDL or insurance.

Depending how your MVR record is will determine how much this will cost. Can be anything from just the fine and maybe a $200 attorney fee,.. to upwards of $5000 to get it swept under the carpet. This is done every day,..people who were arrested doing100 mph+ ending up with nothing more than a slap on the wrist with zero points.

If you drive for a living,.. your MVR is your livelihood. If you are going to disrespect your livelihood,.. be prepared to pay in order to salvage it. If you can not afford what they want,.. then I dont know what to tell you. Next time pay more attention or just slow it down. Hiring a regular traffic lawyer is a 50/50 crap shoot. All he can do is try to work out a deal with the state or petition the judge for leniency. You can do that on your own just as well. If you go the latter route,. hope your MVR is spotless.

Because there are other perfectly legal options that people use every day to keep their records clean.

He's not denying what he did,.. and he can not escape the consequences. He will pay one way or the other. To me that is a perfectly acceptable way to take responsibility. I've been through the process a few times myself. Its all about the money. Thats all they care about.

I belong to Drivers Legal plan, I think it's like $150 a year....

    I think it's worth it....

The couple of tickets I received have been tossed out of court.

    Worth it to me

I used them, was very happy with outcome (passing in no passing zone driving 10 mph in little town middle of nowhere in TX).

Not sure they can help with this ticket but Open Road is a great company and although my husband mostly runs tankers, he has in the past run regular box trailers for them and of 4 over weight tickets (3 were in three states for the same load) he got 3 of 4 dismissed with the attorneys they hire from Open Road. You can always call and ask about membership and your current ticket. The plan also covers you in your private vehicle as well as your truck.

Get an overweight. Might as well just pay the fine. Cheaper then a lawyer and doesn't effect your driving record.

I use roadlaw and interstate. The last one, roadlaw couldn't find a lawyer for the court.

As for the ticket, you're going to pay the fine, NO getting out of it. It's just a matter of what it can be reduced or changed too. Which is where the lawyer comes in. You'll find that courts really don't care about the ticket itself. They just want your money. And if the lawyer can keep it off your record. That's money worth spending.

Anything over 15, however, isn't smiled upon lightly. Consequences WILL vary.

I never understand the logic of people who speed like this.
You thought you were saving time by speeding. Now look at you with your head like a donkey desperate for a carrot for salvation.....
What if you just did 5 -10 over and just stay on the safe side?
Maybe you need to learn a lesson bro

He's gonna get convicted with or without a lawyer.Better to just pay the fine and move on,Why give up another 500 hundred dollars? Lawyers for traffic tickets, give me a break, save your money ,learn your lesson & slow down !!
