I made a Choice to come to Schneider

Indeed......seen a bunch of folks totin' Orange trailers that I wouldn't let into my back yard. Frankly, it's the industry in my opinion.

 

For future reference , the key simply needs to be in the on position.

 

It's all about people..not the company they started with.
You either help or you don't.
Plain and simple.

Wow.. What are the odds of running into 2 drivers from your old company.

It's an open secret that we tested a bunch of tablets to replace the mcp - mixed reports on how successful it was.

Our IT department is straight from a dilbert strip. There are some really talented people with vision, there are some whose brain appears to be vestigial. We haven't been a technology leader since the I'd nineties for a lot of reasons - mainly because of how long it takes to make simple decisions

 

How about improving on the rates. Up grade our percentage pay.

 

I'd settle for no more 9 series trailers and hiring customer service people that have a brain.

 

Good move getting a truck with minimal miles that will give you less trouble. Good to hear someone doing it the right way. Many drivers are falling prey to the lease purchase scam.
