Logistics would just increase their take, so we'd be left with the same or less.

I by it, I've experienced this multiple times.
Matter of fact it's happened with two other choice driver looking at me the same way.

Not that it really matters I in general don't (can't) really trust the the person that's trying to help me. I always wind up getting out an looking anyways

I can honestly say I've never noticed how a driver was looking at me while I was doing a tough back

Yes I did have time do observe how these other drivers were looking, I'm very observant of my surroundings especially while backing, to many people trying to earn the Darwin award when a semi truck is present.

The 2 drivers that helped me weren't there immediately the moment I started to back up. They saw me getting in and out of the truck a couple times before they jumped out to help. Plenty of time for the other Schneider drivers to do the same thing.

This isn't the first time Schneider drivers have just stared instead of helping. A couple weeks ago I was having issues at p&g parking in a very tight spot, another Schneider that was bt kept creeping up on me as I was getting in and out to check my progress on getting into this spot. He never once offered to help, and was getting mad I was blocking his way.

After giving up on that attempt and deciding to reset up, I pulled clear so he could pass and tried flagging him down to ask for his help. He quickly rolled up his window and gunned it to get passed me. An owner operator who was just dropping a trailer saw this and came over to offer me help. He just shook his head at how the other Schneider Driver wouldn't help or at least acknowledge another driver flagging him down.

Yes this could happen anywhere with any company, just from what I've seen here at schneider so far, it just seems to be the normal.

Most drivers don't even notice what's going on around them in a truck stop or on the road. A lot of drivers just get tunnel vision or put blinders on.

I have always be hyper observant of eveything around me.

man, I'm sorry to hear that.......but, again, Schneider will hire anyone with a pulse and a CDL and a reasonable driving record......you end up getting a lot of turds that way

So the fact I haven't looked INSIDE a parked drivers truck to see how he's looking at me must mean I must have tunnel vision.

    Okay then

Wasn't implying you did sir. Was only stating a fact about most drivers at truck stops, that was all.

Well you quoted my post and made the comment so that's how I took it.

Personally my feeling is a driver is going to help you or he isn't. Been out here a while now and I just have a hard time believing that because of the trailer he's pulling is going to determine whether or not he's going to help you.
