Imma talk to kiswani and see what they about. I know them anyway. U guys seem happy

 

to me, it's not all about money or even the headache. i want to feel comfortable with a company and know that whenever i have an issue or problem, i can go to them and they wont turn me away. With a big company, your gonna wait until they decide to "help you". Put money aside for a second, i can go work for any company right now and make $2,000 with ez but i wont feel at rest because it wont be long term. most o/o go with the "flow". it gets slow, they hop to another company.. and another.. and another... and another. Lol. I dont want to do that... i am settled with my current co. through the hard times, slow times and good times.

and @ rerm ... yeah i saw that new triaxle they brought in!!!!!!!! you can put two 20's on them or haul a overweight '40... nicee !

 

Makes sense. They seem like a good place. Prob go company for a month or 2 then buy a truck would be best

 

i dunno what your waiting for! you should give them a call. i know for new guys, they send you out with someone for about 3-4 days to learn all the rails and the proper way then off ya go by yourself.

 

Not easy as it sounds to jump ####. All points nightmares come to mind. Just gotta make sure things go well

They gave me wrong wrong address to shipper. I call and tell dan and mike my dm. He goes im goin home i cant help you. So i sit hours not knowing where to go. They give me a # its a hotel. Finally they give me correct address. I quit that week.

 

what a dick. and how do people still work for them? there's this one guy who used to work at kiswani, he has a yellow freightliner.. i call it bumblebee because it looks like transformer truck... he kept hopping between all points and kiswani.. the last rodeo, he told kiswani he's going back to all points and he tried to reapply months ago.. they told him thanks but no thanks. and this is the same guy who kept telling me all points is amazing.. youll make big bucks... but this is the also the same guy who comes and fixes at kiswani shop .. and told me he's running with a 53ft to columbus, ohio for $700.. LOL!!!! #### sakes. $700 to columbus, ohio!!!!!!!!!! WHOA!!! i mean we do 53ft's here at kiswani.. it's not the best paying loads but jesus lewis... its defintly better paying rate then those loads all points get. yikes. forsure all points is shafting their owner ops with the rates... its not even normal.
