It's a good debate! Tons to think about on both sides

 

As we all know..not everyone can turn wrenches.
And while u are rebuilding whatever component you are losing revenue and paying for the parts.
I get it..both sides of the coin work.

I see a lot of guys with their own trucks that don't have the money to pay for repairs..where did it go if they're banking so much money?!
The same goes for O/O's with a new truck..some are truck poor.(nice truck no cash).
One advantage with leasing from sfi is the managed maintenance account/Warranty.
It's there for guys who can't save money or need to save.

I think a lot of guys jump before they are ready..nothing in the bank and no real plan.
That's all I'm trying to get across..look before you leap.
Just because you can do it..doesn't mean u should.

 

I'm thinking of tattooing this on the back of each new hires hand.

 

Yeah. That tends to happen in the winter.

 

Glad I'm headed south...I do know this..I sure,hope freight levels pick up...this is ugly right now...
