Yep. Rookie dedgum mistake. Bobtailed to the house, and my right steer sank into the mud. My question is, does our insurance cover a tow truck to pull me out? My neighbor has a tractor. Gonna try to pull it out with that.

    rabbiporkchop and Dominick253 Thank this.

Never drove for SNI, just helped a local/yokel O/O, but when I did that about 15 years ago, it was my dime... I had $600 cash in the safe, he put the diff on his CC and he paid for it . . . dearly. At least he paid me back.
    Sorry man.
Hope the tractor works, people have been pulled with trucks (Ford, Dodge, and Jeeps!) but not sure how deep in the mud you are talking. Look at @Dye Guardian getting pulled up a snowy/icy hill with a Mopar!~
If it's a good 'Deere, or Inter or something of the like, ya may be in luck.
PS: if it's only your "right" steer and not the drives, the tractor oughta do the trick!
Have you tried the "other tricks?" ie: Marine plywood, 4x8's? just my thoughts. I did ALL that before his epic fail.
    Live and learn. God Bless~

ps: try backwards first, at an opposite angle from the stuck side.... With the tractor! Off to my first stop ... wish you well.

No, it's on you. Sorry. I had a tractor pull me out one time. Depends on the size of the tractor.

If your bobtail a pickup truck should get the job done if you know anyone with one... If you gotta call a tow it's only gonna be between like 80 to 150 max... You don't need a heavy duty wrecker... I wouldn't even mess with the insurance.

That's true about a pickup, one time I got stuck in mud at a cust.He told me to drop trailer and park in the back outside of the fence because they were closing .The next morning I was stuck in mud,I walk up to the receiver,he got his pickup and nothing more then a rope and got me out .
