Interesting. But it makes sense. When companies see something that works to attract drivers they all jump on it. Also the can blame the failures on the drivers more. "We gave everyone access to the same loads. Driver 'B' succeeds yet driver 'A' fails. All the blame is on the driver.

Are they doing percentage too? That's really the wave of the future.

Another thread on here says they aren't on percentage yet...

Exactly. I see this trend really separating those with a business mindset from the ones with the "Sweet! A load to south Florida" thought process.

I think it's an option. Self dispatch OR percentage. Doesn't look like you can have both.
Kind of puts you in a pickle really, either way you go you're not fully in control.

If that's it people will get burned. I would look into it but I'm more then content where I am. And I have no interest in anyplace where I'm competing with company drivers. But they are probably a good fit for those that only want partial responsibility for their business actions.

I just went back through and re-read everything. I think I am mistaken. It is drivers choice like you said earlier no matter which board you're on.

What caught my eye was the fact that this could be the first load board lease for flatbed drivers.
