I'm pretty curious too. I'm all approved and about ready to go

 

Day one . So far so good . Not your typical orientation, really big family atmosphere, I picked my own truck , went over it, test drove it , they are fixing the couple small things I found that needed attention. The ONE other guy in orientation mention he was going to put a fridge in it , they are getting a good one that will last from a vendor and installing it and just going to add the cost to the truck for him. I know it's only day one , I will keep you updated

 

It just seem like the typical orientaion,pretty layer back , it's the owner,his wife ,and daughter that does the orientaion. You don't have that feeling that you are being moved around like a Hurd of caddle. They have you go talk to the shop manager if you have any issues that you want fixed before you take the truck, you pick your own truck, you road test in your truck so you can see if you can find anything else you want fixed, I asked for a maintenance report for the truck and they provided it without any problems. The freight is direct, they have regional, otr, and they will be starting a load board that you can choose your own freight to run

 

Truck is an 09, they have different places to fuel to receive a discount . Week 1 is done made really good money in the 2 and a half days after orientation ,made it home and set up for a really good monday

 

Week #2 first full week after orientation, been kinda rough ( had a steer go flat and got caught up in the mn,ia snow storm) but I will be up to 2800 for the week so far after I make this delivery in the morning. Dispatch is great, load planners are great . So far a good place to work
