I been with Melton since October, The company is better than decent. Orientation is quite simple, but still cut you if you Think you know it all, they get you integrated into their system with paper work and a Computer. They get you familiarized with safety and Securement. Overal the company meets my Expectation. Equiptment, I have a 660, Had many issues my first months, and outside repair are responsive, stuck in A nice hotel for 3 days when my "engine stop" light was Activated. Miles are good, except for February,, which was Anticipated due to the Weather, Plus I do not like my D..M. she has no care or concern for us, she rarely responds when you try to notify her. All my other Melton drivers has a different D. M.s and they really satisfied with their D. M. But overall Melton is A very good Company, benefits are very good, pay is better than decent, company values you, except my d.M.

Passed orientation now in my last week of training. It has been a blast fun but hard work but I'm sure after you get use to it you will be fine. I don't know anything about a coil endorsement nor never heard of it but they do teach you how to secure the coils.
