Yes, they get you on Friday on Regional side.

 

They are currently testing the Load Board with 4 drivers, nothing set yet. Freight is from shipper to to customer. You pick where you want to fuel.

 

Getting ready to start another week. I have been really enjoying this company, no complaints here!

 

Coming up on 90 day's with RT&T. Wish I would have made the move a year earlier when I started researching Leasing, Real happy here and wife likes how they are treating me as well...LOL

I chose Regional and touch freight. I get a work out a couple day's a week and lost 10 pounds in a month. Feel GREAT getting out from behind the wheel!!

 

I am also coming up on my 90 days . Had a couple weeks that seemed a little slow but nothing horrible. Things picked back up the last couple weeks , I am still having luck here

 

True...was a bit slow at the start...could have been freight or the company seeing what your habbits are....Either way, I've been trucking right trying to keepmy nose clean...lol

 

This past week I have spoken to people from the back office to the shop. To my surprise, they have all been very pleasant and did not scuff me off.

Past experience with other companies, I've been left feeling not respected and spoken down to. The treatment here has been great and makes me feel good about my decision to join RT&T!

Example: I needed to get into the shop and have a steer replaced. My DM sent a message to Maintenance and since they were backed up, I had recieved a call from someone in the back office assisting them. He was able to direct me to a shop they have an account with and a long lasting relationship. I get to Pomp's and the mamager proceeds to tell me he had a long relationship with RT&T. HE also proceeded to tell me the person that called me and set everything up was the CEO of RT&T. I was surprised and did not know that.

Kudos to the RT& team and upper management for taking a hands on approach and helping each other out. Not to mention the follow up to make sure everything was ok!

 

How is the money currently? Looking at coming over , still a bit torn
