I was working for C.R.England. i made less than 4 grand in 4 months time. Also lost my house and missed my grandfathers funeral. Truck broke down for 12 days one time, i recieved no pay. Couldnt stay in a hotel either because my manager wouldnt allow it. I was told id be making 50,000 and id be home every other week. i put in home time 2 months in advance just for them to wait till the day before to say they have no loads going there. After a bought hotels and all of that. So i drove to jersey anyways told my DM i quit and where do they want truck. He said i have to take it to utah or itd be abandonment. I didnt believe him of course, but now i see. How come they can lie cheat and steal from me, and when i say #### you im not driving this truck anymore it only screws me even more? Anyways, are there any companies that dont use hireright?
i have abandoned my truck

Sorry for your bad experience but even a simple Google search could of save you the headache of C.R england. The worst of the worst, just seeing their logo makes me vomit in my mouth. I blame them for the idiot new breed drivers that are pouring into this industry
Riffman, poppapump1332, bzinger and 14 others Thank this. -
should have become a trainer with two trainees on your truck, there was aguy bragging about $300,000 a year gross, killing lions and tigers with his bare hands.

Unfortunately i did do research on them but decided to give them a chance anyways. Well hopefully other companies will see that the abandonment is for them and will understand. Im a very loyal and hardworker but c.r.england was hell and i feel like i had no choice.

Averitt hired a few guys from there. Now I didn't like Averitt but they are way better than Swift, Werner etc.
NavigatorWife and dhand23 Thank this. -
@Chinatown will be able to help you. He's a walking encyclopedia of companies that will hire after stuff like this. Good luck.

If all that is true, I'm sorry you went through all that.
But driving to where you want to be and leaving the truck behind is abandoning the truck.
You should have gotten it to a terminal, at the very least.
That kind of thing, no matter the circumstances behind it, will most likely black ball you from the industry.Last edited by a moderator: Apr 4, 2016
