Simple solution. I maintain military standards with all my ink, so as to not offend anyone without intending to. However, if I intend to, it's gonna be good...

Pretty stupid for any blue collar company to have a no tattoos policy. I didn't become a truck driver because i wanted fall in line and wear a suit and tie.
And I don't even have any tatoos. Lol -
The lead instructor Scotty is sleeved. The policy states only offensive tattoos are not allowed. Offensive meaning racist, etc...I just went through orientation 3 weeks ago with Maverick.
slick mick, Hoot67 and 59EX Thank this. -
They talked about it this morning in class, as long as it isn't offensive or a facial tattoo, your good to go.
Also no facial piercings or anything hanging from lobes or gauges while on a customers or maverick property due to safety concerns.slick mick and G13Tomcat Thank this. -
The scary part is that most of these young college educated dispatchers ( sorry managers ) have sleeve tat's and they are going to judge drivers..... Hypocrites.
Milkman719 Thanks this. -
