Man, they can't even unload pallets efficiently...I just spent almost 8 hours waiting to get loaded last night at a shipper in NJ. After this company, I'm DONE with reefer!!

I've been here god knows how many hours and I'm still not in a door.
I see poor Prime trucks all around me suffering too.
Got fed up and asked big mama behind the desk wtf is going on and she said it still would be a long time before a door opens up.
She said i could drop my trailer on the yard, they'll get to it when they can and that i can pass out on their property while i wait.
Sooo yeah I'm going with that.
I asked does she think it will be unloaded by the morning... answer.. "Maybe".

These Reefer places ugh, they all suck. I don't miss it.
This place smells terrible, i think this is a chicken packing plant.
Yeah buddy this is the life, what a better way to spend a Friday night lmao!

We're not business owners. Slightly glorified 1099 employees working for a company that has decided it wants to have its cake and eat it too, is more like it. The fact is they do want to treat us like employees, but at our expense instead of theirs.

If not, then why do we have to follow all the same policies as a company driver?

Why have they made it virtually impossible to use line 5?

    Why can't we split log?

Why do we have to answer to them every time "our" trucks report to "them" a so called critical event?

And don't forget to report for your mind numbing training big time "business owner."

Not having drunk the Kool-Aid, and rolling over and playing fetch doesn't make anyone "wussies."

You don't have to follow all the same policies as a company driver. This has been discussed before.

I spent no less than an hour in Charlotte listening to the safety guy telling us all the different ways we'd lose our lease for doing things that are perfectly legal...
