That's one of the reasons why I can't wait to cut my mma account in a few months... Generally your only supposed to put 100-150k miles on steers..I found a little slot on my left steer so I went to go them changed.. Before paccar approved it Sni had to get measurements and they weren't going to approve it because they weren't under there criteria of bad tires.. I chewed there arse out and let them know I pay for this truck and it's my safety that's at risk
Not you people.. They approved nonetheless but it's a shame you have to fight for the simplest things

The enabler is the one who is putting them behind the wheel. I don't employ any drivers so that's not my problem

The more I research LS, the more it seems like the agents have ruined it. Buddy system, double brokering, taking care of their own fleets, and so on. Now that's a lot to overcome.

All I can say is, go read the Mercer Transportation thread. The whole thing!!! The people doing it explains how the system works. Yes, it is mainly a flatbed company ( they do have a van division )and it is more work but in the long run, it's a whole lot more pay. The lazy need not apply!!

I've read a huge chunk of it. The system is different, but doable. I wouldn't try van over there though. Flatbed is where the cash is at.

You would have too start all over again. It takes 6 months to a year for any system. If I ever leave SNI, I would choose Mercer for FB work. Check into Farm 2 Fleet.

I showed up at shipper here in Pasadena TX last night and park for the night...the jerkoff who was working here last night decided it was OK to knock on my truck and call me a ##### and tell me that he's going to whoop my ### if i don't get off his #### property... Reported it to Sni immediately.

This morning mgt here at the shipper got word of it from me about it and wanted to know who that person was..I showed them the picture I took of him...also found out he's a known trouble maker here..I'd say his days are numbered...customer wasn't very happy to here what this idiot did...
