The shop was like pulling teeth so I called paccar and found out some of my engine issues.
"6 line is gone", whatever that means.
Melted o ring
Coolant went into the crankcase.
I know there's more but that's what's noted currently.Last edited: May 6, 2016

It's absolutely laughable that you have to call paccar to find out what's going on. ITS YOUR F'N TRUCK!
4mer trucker and BigSky Thank this. -

Just met a new driver on choice board he is from Jacksonville and was on his 3rd load already worried about the 400 dollar fine if a company driver picked up his load. So they are still hiring in Southeast lol

Unless you are bugging them constantly, the shop communicates with Schneider.
When the repair is done, paperwork is being sent to Schneider. Tell them you need a copy, it will be a couple days, but we can email it to you. Raise enough hell, you might get it, might not. And the email, it never comes. Why do they not want to give you the paperwork? Because they know they can charge stuff to you once your gone.
Never leave without completed paperwork if you have a lease truck. Never. That is, unless you want to risk the dealer getting into your maintenance account money, and you not knowing for 2-3 months.drvrtech77, Cledus Snow and stevep1977 Thank this. -
I called paccar once, and that's when I had a cracked windshield. Was directed to call Schneider INS department to handle it.
I never talked to them any other time during my year lease. Paid for my PM's and lubes out of my own pocket. Not worth the hassle when I can pay small amount like that out of pocket. Had over $9000 in my MMA by the end of the leaseexracer941 Thanks this.
