Good god. Every single time I try to just get ONE burger, they're instantly trying to sell me two of everything. They will not take no for an answer; there is always a reason why you are a complete stupid idiot for ONLY wanting ONE burger when, in fact, you should be buying two. They'll pull every single trick in the book to try to get you to buy two. This includes the self-doubting technique, the guilt trip, the "oh, you don't know what you're missing" routine. They even do this with cigarettes. "you can save ten cents if you buy TWO packs of those." "Well thanks, but I'm kind of new to smoking and only wanted to try these cigarettes before I commit to having forty cigarettes in my possession." They also do this with the lot lizards, from what I hear. You can get a substantial discount on a two for one special.

Same thing at Loves for their 2 gallons of oil for $22, try to buy just one gallon, it is $16 bucks
-
At least you don't need to keep the second gallon of oil in a fridge.

I eat that stuff from time to time mainly meatloaf with mashed potatoes (not bad and and decent size as i always take double potatoes, still expensive though!) and pizza (2 for $5) but I always feel guilty after eating this (usually) greasy pizza. As I am home pretty much every week I always have a loaf of Polish bread in the truck and go for one of their soups or chilli. They have this Italian soup (109 calories or something) which eaten with Polish bread it's filling and not budget breaking option.Other than that I usually go for spicy italian from Subway with every single veggie on it but I guess that's another topic.

but what is Polish bread?
-
Polish bread is Polish bread (well, there is actually a variety of Polish breads but I mean the most common rye bread) as opposed to Italian or French bread (which btw would do to in this case) but since I am Polish and live in Chicago where Polish bread is easily available and affordable ($1.10 a loaf ,when I lived in Delaware the only thing remainding Polish bread was this $4-5 a loaf fancy bread ) I prefer Polish.

I actually bought some food at a Pilot today. Hard boiled eggs, an orange, and bananas. Actual food, as opposed to the FLE (Food Like Experience).
