That pipe is too heavy, let's see the old van holes were either 500 or 750 every 4 inches sliding tandems, so that 3700 pounds needs to be moved forward towards your drives at least 4 feet. In fact, you are so light on your drives like almost 10K of room. Take that back bundle off there and put it forward.
That would be my plan. A few moments with a big enough crane or forklift to get it done will save you and your company a bunch of money. That trailer as you found it has been badly loaded in my HUMBLE opinion.
That is the exact reason why I stay with the 48. Maybe in this case of your trailer the extra deck space saves on the over length permits etc. So... Im almost able to learn something today.
Switching from a 48 to 53'

I'd stick with a 48ft if it where my choice. A couple states have kingpin laws that only apply to 53ft trailer. California and Florida are 2 I know for sure. We have 1 customer that requires 53ft trailers. And don't need them on most of their loads anyway. Can't think of another load I've hauled that wouldn't fit on a 48.

Driver loaded way too far rear. Too lazy to move his mess up front. Tarps moved onto catwalk, once pipe is repositioned will find a better place for them. Hoping Malone can find a heavy tow company willing to do the job now. -
Also replacing all the straps with new straps and resecuring the load. I will be married to this trailer so its gonna be right.

Somebody was lazy, that's for sure. Wondering why that load is all staggered and loaded to the rear. Even with the tarps. there's plenty of front space to use. No reason why that load shouldn't have been centered.
