Just when ya think ya seen everything...

I agree leaving the bottles full of urine for someone else to clean up is disgusting.

The actual use of a bottle or jug how ever is not disgusting. There are many places that do not have restroom facilities open 24 hours a day and in some cases it is not safe to get out of the truck during the night (in the case of warehouse districts). I have no desire to get up in the middle of the night, get dressed, walk inside a truck stop (or exit the vehicle), to relieve myself.

In the morning when I get up I do dispose of the bottles contents in the grass. Pouring it out on the pavement just creates that stench we all know so well from the sun baking it into the asphalt.

 

I have been known to use a bottle from time to time I just put them with the cap on in the trash ant my next stop.
When nature calls an you are in the middle of nowhere what other choice do you have.
If you get out and find a place maybe the woods you may have a cop sitting at your truck when you get back.
I have heard that cops gave a ticket to someone in the past and did not even see him taking a leak just assumed that he did because he was comming back out of the woods.

I also will not get out of the truck in the middle of the night unless I see other drivers still up and in the front of the truck.

 

I had a cop once tell me that if caught relieving yourself in public you can be charge with a sex crime. Don't know if true but why chance it.

 

I have a feeling that the drivers who do this sort of thing cannot read - let alone access a forum. Not enough pictures here to keep them interested or communicate the point.

 

What if someone paid you to do it?

 

Aitting at the Kingman , AZ TA I saw a guy come out of the C-store go to his truck with his wife/girl friend standing watch relieve himself on the pavement next to his truck. May not be a p-bomb but still...

 

It is true. I know a driver that just finished up when the trooper showed up. The trooper advised him that if he had saw him doing it, he would have been charged with it.

 

I heard something similar a few months back. Basically you can be charged with exposure and become a registered sex offender.

 

I would say that would depend on what state you are in.

Texas- A trooper told me as long as I use cover ( woodline, etc ) that no one would realy care, as far as being in the city that would depend on the local laws.

Alaska- If your in the bush no gives a s??t in downtown Fairbanks they will give you a ticket and make you go to court.
