    Well, yall didn't tell me to read, you all just ignored me, but I did read the why people fail thread, which was good insight, but I learned a lot by just sitting back and being quiet, just staying current for a month before joining in. I did read some, but I, admittedly, did not read this whole thread, but as TaylorMade407 said, most of the questions were answered in the last year or so, just read the last 2 years and you will gain more than enough insight.

    Don't remember if I was told to to read the whole thread at the time but I started flowing the conversation then jumped back to January 2014 read it to present at the time then jump back to the frist page and read it all again the insights on how the system started and the changes that took place it also gave me a complete picture of how things worked from day one in orientation Thru what I needed to make sure I got taken care of /receive to hit the ground running not to mention the insight on we're mercer's freight is strong and weak what kind of money I need to make going into weak areas how to research the board to find good loads and the list goes on and on l actually took the time to copy passages to my iPad note pad to re-read as I needed not to say that there is no learning curve but I am willing to bet the knowledge here cut the time in 1/2 I definitely give my thanks to all those who posted on this thread

    I didn't get told to read the thread...because I read it before I asked any questions. It absolutely helps. It also helps you discover what questions you NEED to ask (yourself, your recruiter, the guys here.)

    I think we had a head start on learning how to work the boards to our advantage. It also helped with understanding how to phrase questions at orientation in a manner that would get the answer we needed. (Note: not necessarily the answer we wanted to hear!)

    I should also mention, I'm CRO in our family. That's Chief Research Officer. And Troubleshooter. And........everything that doesn't involve the truck itself. Unless I happen to be riding along, then I'm Chief Cook, too.

    What if reading the thread saves you $500 in mistakes. It's difficult to quantify how much money it will save you, but it will make you more efficient, so it will make you money. I read this thread every couple of days, if not every day. It's an easy way to keep up on the company.

    I took one out of Prescott 2.87 was nothing from Tulsa which shocked me.

    Thomas for how much you question everyone how long it took em to read this thread. U could of read 40 pages. Just read the dam thing it will help.
