Any Questions about Roehl??

In terms of being put with a trainer after finishing classes and achieving your class A license, do you get to choose if its a male or female trainer? I really don't care either way but I'm just curious what the program offers.

What's the process for license transfer? Will I need to switch to WI? What about my CLP? I live in MI but will be training in WI.

 

No need to transfer from what I understand. They will go through that with you. No need to worry.

 

That won't be a problem. They'll let you stay out forever if you want.

I don't disagree with that, your other post just seemed to spin an impossibility on success. Is it a tough industry? No doubt about it, but there are a lot of success stories too. I know of no other profession where you could make 50-60k in your first couple years with no college degree.

 

That is true. I really enjoy what I do. But there is still a very high wash out rate. No one really knows for sure how they will do unless they jump in and try it.

I used to recommend Roehl a lot as a good company to start with. This new information though makes that more difficult to do.

I had a few close calls in my early months of driving that probably would have gotten me fired if they knew.

 

Roehl somewhat made their own bed with all of this. They lowered their hiring standards drastically. Big reason I quit training. Roehl used to be somewhat difficult to get hired on to. Not any more. Lower standards equal more accidents, then more rules and less tolerance for mistakes. Domino effect.
