Try https://investor.vanguard.com/ira/traditional-ira. Contributions to regular IRA, like 401(k), are pre-tax. If your carrier offers a matching 401(k) contribution, that's a better deal. But if a 401(k) isn't an option, you can open your own IRA. Last I checked, Vanguard charged $25/year for each fund in a personal IRA.

And probably a % of the investment total on top of the $25 annual fee.

 

Picked up my load in Ca this morning,made it to Gallup,talked to dm this morning about dropping at the Wythville yard should be there Sat,told me to call him back Friday.

 

So my 1,100 mile run got swapped out for a load of Sam's Club grocery carts going to Danville, VA tomorrow afternoon... Still a 700 mile run back north so I guess I can't complain too bad... See where they send me after this one.
