Reasons why most of us just pay the ticket. The correct way to beat a ticket is not get one at all. So tell me, how much of an inconvenience was this for you? I mean you had to miss work to show up to court and put on a show right! For me, I have better ways to spend downtime than to appear in court. We all speed in cali. You know where you went wrong, you did not know the areas where chp has zero tolerance.

Unbelievable, but I remember you saying if a truck just a little faster tries to pass you, you'll speed up and then slow back down

Ya, I seemed to recall that as well. I also recall a dash cam video of him going up or down 287 somewhere and displaying very similar driving habits. Disgusting..

Not much of an inconvenience to travel to court in Barstow since I live in Vegas. It currently wasn't the ideal downtime, but you gotta do what you gotta do to protect that CDL.

    Lepton1 Thanks this.

I could very well be wrong. Shouldn't have posted that. Anyways, I'm mad at myself for wasting my time here. Whatever the outcome when scottie see this I'm sure things will get real controversial.

If I am following this correctly, you beat the ticket by lying. You were going to fast and knew it. You decided to perjure yourself to save some money. I must say my respect for you has taken a hit. And I am a convicted felon.

What do you care if he's going 100mph? I can't believe you drive for a living and then do idiotic stuff like this to a fellow driver when we deal with enough crap on a daily basis from the motoring public.

And you boast about it on here.... SMH

Wrong answer again. You protect your cdl by NOT getting tickets but what do I know. Btw, Id rather be in vegas than a court room in barstow any day. Thats just my thinking. But keep doing you.
