Do the be nervous! You'll be a little overwhelmed during orientation with all the info, but it's great over here. You'll get spoiled!

New here as well. Another nervous one. Was called for the phone interview. Go for my pretrip and road test end of next week. I'm on the fence about making the move, 25yrs with the current company. This is more about relocating than changing jobs but after researching over the past year this would be the preferred company to be with verses other options I've considered.

No problem. Just things like you eat healthy foods that don't make you tired. If feeling tired you stop, maybe go for a walk. And sometimes you just need to stop and take a nap. Whatever is the safe thing to do. When in busy traffic, slow down to have a safe barrier in front of you. Use stationary objects to count the distance between yourself and the vehicle in front of you, and if the traffic is too bad, just park, again, whatever is safest.

I'm leaving my current job because even though he's the best employer I've ever had, he's 68, and I'm 45, and he doesn't have anybody he's handing the business off to, and he said he's only going to be in business a few more years. I feel Wal-Mart is definitely a good choice to find a place to work until I retire, and am doing what's best for me and my family.

Relax, it's very laid back and simple.

Took my pre-trip/driving test today. Piece of cake.

Met some fantastic people! Everyone was SO nice and helpful. I'm very impressed.

Can't wait to get though the background and get started with this seemingly great team!

Thanks to everyone here for taking the time to help us new guys navigate the process.

    I genuinely appreciate it!

Congrats! You'll really like here. When I came for the driving test an all I was still on the fence about switching. But, then I met the people and I couldn't wait to start orientation. 4 months and I love my job and the people I work with.
