Anyone here use an elog app?

Hello Flightwatch, may I ask how much data will BigRoad and KeepTruckin consume per month? BigRoad says its mobile App needs 500 MB / month, and this sounds like too much for me.

 

How easy is it to edit the rand, bigroad or keeptrucking app? Can u really play with it like a paper log?

 

I use eclipse with a printer. I have a gps that plugs into it. It has all the advantages of paper logs with the advantages of being easily readable. I used BigRoad also. I did not like it as I was using my phone for entry and my thumbs are those of an old man. Much prefer wireless keyboard on my laptop.

 

Keeptruckin is just like being on paper, but easier. You can insert past duty status as well in case you forgot to log a break or something like that.
