Checked in at TK in New Brighton MN. It's not reassuring when the guy says if it's an Evolution...I think I know where the leak is. Must be a defect, but I guess, if it's a known problem, they've fixed it before, so maybe it's a quick fix.

 

Anyone have Intel on Roma of Dallas or Costco Dallas?

 

I'd like to get more miles at Company X ....i stayed out an extra 3 weeks in order
to make up some miles and still totally failed to be productive ....In June they already were up to 28 drivers quitting and the month wasn't finished , and that didn't even give me a boost . Best i can come up with is its just not in the cards to be one of those iron butt super milers anywhere i work. I ran for an outlaw company years ago and even then i was not a super trucker.

Costco, go in the night before, check in, and park for the night. Disregard the appointment time. They'll start calling trucks in about 0500 and you'll be empty about 10 minutes after getting a red light on the dock door. Very efficient place.

 

Many companies today budget their trucks and watch the milage each driver gets which results in limited miles,

Even at a company like Magnum, I feel this industry really puts limits on the earning potential for drivers, especially given the lower price pressures driven by the megas.

The supposed driver shortage should result in higher wages for safe long term drivers...even at places other than Ashley or Walmart. Good luck to you, hope things improve.
