So there's been a lot going on with Werner lately, here my latest take it for what it's worth.
I was doing dollar general averaging 5 loads per week, however I was only being paid for one to two loads, I called payroll and gave them the trip numbers and they said they've paid and I said they haven't on the pay stubs, I offered to email, fax or mail copies of the pay stubs where I was not paid and they would not give me any contact information, they said it "wasn't their problem" I don't know about you but I'm not driving all week for $300 and I'm #### sure not doing dollar general for $300 a week. The second straw was when there was construction and the crews had a fence tore down and left for lunch as I was backing into the store, anyway the manager called safety and told them I knocked it down, even after explaining I didn't do it I still got the safety hold, then the people at dollar general started accusing me of doing other things I didn't do, like I wasn't even in the area of the things I was questioned about. And just to comment on the people in safety in Omaha everything is "not their problem" and "figure it out" I actually told one the other day that he was rude and unhelpful and hung up. My wallet was stolen and I live in the middleof nowhere. And I was due to leave the house and they said "not our problem, figure it out" and kept leaving me harassing voicemails while i was trying to get a new Cdl, after I finally got my Cdl sorted it I told them I was turning my truck in because I wasn't going to be paid slave wages to work that hard when I can go elsewhere and have no touch freight and make way more money. So it is what it is I kept my cool for almost 7 months, I have interviews for local work this week so whatever I get I'll keep posting here.

Guy.
I've never not been paid for my work.
Are you using trip Pak envelopes the old fashioned way or are you using transflo mobile + with your phone?
As for the fence. Document anything out of the ordinary.
I would have been out of the truck before backing up and documenting it with my camera phone.
Dollar store employees are not nice somedays.
Document everything.
I had a store manager who lost his marbles.
To the point he trapped me in the trailer.
Recorded everything I could..
Got back to DC with 1/4 truck still full of product.
Showed my evidence and wasn't diciplined.
I think you need to get ahold of Angelo Gibson via the ask Derek portion on the mobile app.
I've spoken to him a few times, including him reaching out to me via phone call on a Saturday afternoon.
If you still have your paperwork/ trippak envelopes,
RESUBMIT THEM.
your fm at the dc is screwing something up if you've submitted your 41 for driver unload and stop pay after each stop and trailer unload.
They've been checking in with me daily to make sure the home situation is improving.
Not sure why. However I can still see a future with them if they start honoring hometime as the rest of their program isn't too bad.
Wish you the best of luck guy -

I submitted the envelopes on the transfo app. On my phone, and I resubmitted it the old fashioned way at the dc. I was getting the driver unload pay but not getting paid for all the loads I did. You're right I should've documented all that stuff,I feel like it's too late now as I turned the truck in and all that stuff.
BostonTanker Thanks this. -
Keep your head up.
Like I said, I had to take a LOA because no one respected the terms of hometime.
I may go back if local don't work out. Been home all week and I dunno if I like being home so much now that I've had a taste of the road -
Like I said I'm interviewing for some local work this week, it was hard to do dollar general with a fiancé and a 18 month old at home
CHHALL3 and BostonTanker Thank this. -
I'm home at the moment. I think my fiance likes me here.
Not liking the pay cut I'm taking thoughFireFighter_02 Thanks this. -

Due to them not getting me home as the contract required.
I have worked outdoors my whole life.
It is a tough job. But 3 loads last week before I left a total of 40 hrs with drive time, $1100.
Not bad for 3 days of work
