Why not? Companies are really bad about trucks in leasing particularly.
I recall a small fleet in Arkansas, they gave me a FLD120 at my request as a gift when all the other trucks were the newer KW Anteaters which were really turning out nicely. I would drive a KW later in my time on the road and find them to be very nice. But if I was blind it will have to be a freightliner because they run a certain way and all the switches are the same no matter how many or few of them on the dash.
A Pete is my first love. Load that and go. Same with the Diamond T and the walking beam macks. *Shrugs. It's a truck. Get in there and get going. Whatcha worried about? With that said, there are a few I wont get into. Internationals for example. Or GMC. Ugh. Sometimes Ive been ready to hire on to a outfit and learn they run either one of these and it's a deal breaker.
