I did see @radioshark's truck parked at the Eagan cold storage today. I didn't see him anywhere around it, so I figured I would let him get his beauty sleep. (Maybe he saw me come in and dove for cover so I wouldn't pizz and moan to him in person)

 

Yeah one area of improvement would be doing more through checks on trucks, two of our new drivers had electrical issues that should have been caught...both had broken inverters

 

If a trimester evaluation results in a cpm cut, is it retroactive as well?

It's the new payment for the current trimester as I understand it, it's a question for Chad...he does need to get the pay out but yes it should be from the beginning of the month though to keep the pease I would suggest no pay decreases given how long it has taken to complete the review.

They could also just extended the pay into the next trimester.

It was planned messed upped day. Dropped my load in CR go pick up my load in Newport take it back to CR then deliver this my load. Then go back to CR and trailer I loaded this am.
I checked at 1500 for my 2100 appt they said they would call me for a door. Walk in at 2130 ask if they forgot about me put in a door and unloaded in 30 minutes. I guess they forgot me. Rolling to Maryland now.

 

Picking up in Jersey. That's all I have to say about that.

 

Hopefully with less drama than last time...
